The 15th Annual Children's Water Conservation Poster Contest 
Children in grades 1-6 are eligible for the annual event. There are three winners per grade and an overall winner for the student who best captured the importance of recycled water.

Blick Art Supply Mixed Media Contest
in partnership with Artsona 

This new contest invites students in grades K–12 to express their experiences and imagine the things they can accomplish through art. Creativity, confidence, communication ... as teachers, we’re aware of the important things art provides for students — now it’s their turn to speak out! Selected artworks by finalists will be reproduced as part of a complimentary 16" x 20" Art Advocacy Poster Set and given to attendees of NAEA affiliated conferences and as a downloadable digital slideshow. 

 

Doodle 4 Google
 
Doodles are the spontaneous changes that are made to the Google logo in celebration of holidays, anniversaries and the lives of famous artists, pioneers and scientists who have helped shape history. Every year Google provides a theme to inspire young artist to doodle!

Space Foundation International Student Art Contest
Each year, the Space Foundation International Student Art Contest invites students, ages 3-18, from around the world to submit original artwork based on a space-oriented theme. The contest theme challenges students to design their own concept of a view looking into space from a spaceship - and then interpret that idea into an original work of visual art (drawing, painting, mixed media or digital). 
 
Entries will be accepted from August 12, 2014, until November 14, 2014
